“Everyone knows what a story is until they sit down to write it.”
— Flannery O’Conner, American Novelist & Short Story Writer, 1925-1964
We all have great stories to tell. Here’s mine.
Meet Mar Junge (Author, Writer, Storyteller)
After 40 years in public relations, I retired with one persistent thought: I miss writing fiction. I know how to spot a great high tech story and craft it into an intriguing article or news release. Now I wanted to explore topics that resonate with me personally – culture, family, aging, reinvention. I hope my stories will connect with you, surprise you, entertain you and leave you wanting to read more. Check out the body of my work in Portfolio. Read short stories in the Blog. Visit Contact to send me a note. And join my Mailing List to read about my new stories as they come to life.
Meet Martha Frances Junge (Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Gardener)
My husband and I met in high school when Antioch, California was still a rough-and-tumble Delta town. After college we bought a small house with a big yard in Sunnyvale and watched Silicon Valley grow up, along with our three children. Today, when we’re not visiting our grandkids in South Carolina and Colorado, I garden, baby my bonsai, crochet and write – with my dog Maisy at my feet, of course.
