Di Natale Leads dB Control Operations with Laser Focus on Stringent Manufacturing Procedures for Military Aerospace Products Used in Electronic Warfare, Radar, Datalink, Satcom Applications
Fremont, Calif. – July 29, 2021 – dB Control, an international defense electronics manufacturer, has promoted Vlad Di Natale to vice president of operations. In his new role, Di Natale will lead dB Control operations in a way that amplifies efficiency and meets even the most stringent customer requirements for quality and traceability. Previously as director of operations, Di Natale ensured dB Control met superior standards for its supply chain, quality, manufacturing, document control, IT, security, safety and facilities. Most recently, he held a critical role in the effort to achieve AS9100D certification, a rigorous international quality standard for aerospace and defense products.
Di Natale originally joined dB Control in 2007 and used his experience with ISO 9001 to standardize the company’s quality management system and streamline standard operating procedures. He then led dB Control to official ISO 9001:2008 (now ISO 9001:2015) certification.
Di Natale has more than 20 years of manufacturing operations experience, with 25 years in the technology sector. He started at dB Control in quality assurance. Since then, he’s also lead the supply chain, production, operations, and contracts groups. Di Natale is APICS-trained in supply chain, production, and inventory management from the Association for Supply Chain Management.
